      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/46978"&gt;@ckeung&lt;/a&gt;, when you say moving to a cheaper plan do you mean cheaper plan being offered by Public Mobile?&amp;nbsp; If so, then simply login to the online portal, chose the new plan you wish to renew to at the renewal date and apply the change.&amp;nbsp; If you are intending on porting the line to a different service, you will need to use the porting system from the new service.&amp;nbsp; Ensure your line remains active otherwise porting will not be permitted.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;When you log into your account on the Overview page there will be an option under Account Status that says to Change Plan.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can then either change the plan right away or set up a change plan at a future date on your next renewal.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Just go through the various pricing options as for the the 3G plans you will likely see the same pricing for province wide as you do for Canada wide calling.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
