      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks for the numbers, have called and they report that Rogers claim that they never received the authorization message, despite me having evidence that they did.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have re-initiated port, hopefully this resolves.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
