      <description>&lt;P&gt;If I don't get my sim card and don't activate it, will I still get charged? I have been billed for my first month and my sim card hasn't arrived yet. It seems like it is very hard to contact a person for help. Is there a number I can call?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
