Does anyone know how long it takes for an add on (from my rewards points) to be effective?

I need to add US talk, text and data - will it be applied as soon as I add it?

pretty much instant. so, if you want to redeem for US roaming, wait till the morning you are heading to US to redeem. (since there is a 15 days expiry, unless your trip is less than 15 days). Also, redeem during the day, you can ask support and expect quicker response in case there is anything wrong

@Oil_dogg Yes it right away and for US roaming add on only buy it the day you leave as it will start the 15 day countdown as soon as it’s successfully purchased /redeemed
