      <description>&lt;P&gt;FYI: all private messages now go into a queue for distribution to whichever moderator is available.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Cell phone ports take up to 3 hours, landlines &amp;amp; voip up to 10 days. Has this much time elapsed?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
