I'm looking at the plan for new subscribers: $29 a mo. for 10GB of data. My English is not very good, so I am having difficulty understanding what the plan includes. 😞

I reside in Canada. Does that include unlimited data: first 10GB at 5G speed and lower speed (4G?) after that? Does the plan include unlimited calls to the U.S.? (The plan says "Canada, US & Mexico plans now available for Black Friday*": So it sounds like U.S. calls are free from Canada.) What are the long distance add-ons that are available? I don't this info anywhere.

yes, plan include call to US and Mexico. In fact, you can call Canada, US and Mexico from any of the 3 countries

PM can only call small numbers of countries with paid addon, like US, UK, India, Pakistan, Phillippines, China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Australia, Austria, Bangladesh, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Peru, Poland, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Romania, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Thailand, Venezuela.

what is "PM"? what are "small" numbers? if calls to U.S. are free, why is U.S. included as a country to which the long-distance add-on applies?

after you use up your 10GB, what happens if you need more data?

PM = Public Mobile

yes, if you have the Canada-US-Meico plan, you don't need to pay to call US. I added it there as some only have Cnaada only plan

after you used up 10GB, data will stop working unless you buy extra data or you have to wait for renewal

log in to your account on the PM app on your cellphone. Click on Sunscription > Shop Add-ons > scroll down to near bottom of that menu and find the particular add-on you want. If you're unsure which one is best for you...let us know what country you wanna call from Canada.

for website access...log in to your account on your laptop...In the Overview page, look to the right and see Add-ons Usage....scroll down to Shop Add-ons...you'll see menu for add-ons "Bundle / Data / Minutes"...select Minutes to see the log distance calling from Canada options and make your selection. If you're having trouble, let us know what country you're trying to call from Canada.

I installed the app on my phone. I ordered a SIM card; will arrive in a ew days. In the meantime, there is no option when I open the app to click on Subscription>Shop Add-ons.

The only options are Activate Your Subscription & Get Support
