Would like the $29 Canada -US-Mexico plan but it won’t with four existing customers. Is there a way we can get this plan?

@Wlaw No sorry if it’s not available to change to in your account your outta luck , if you really want the MEX plan the $35-$45-$55 MEX plans should be there

what plan do you have now?

You don't see it now but there is a workaround to unlock it if you see the $30 plan there on your My Account

You can first pick $30 plan and do a Change Now plan change , which of course you need to pay now and the remaining days on your current cycle will be wasted. With this, you might be able to unlock the $35 roaming plan, and you can then schedule a plan change on the following renewal day

you can try to contact Support. While there has been successful cases, but some reported they got declined. But you can still try

submit a ticket with CS Agent using Chatbot here:
