@Arasnguyen You need to ask support to apply it for you after the fact , can use the orange chat bubble bottom right of screen or

send a private message To CS_Agent

@SimaM Usually 1-2 hours sometimes longer , but just keep and eye on your community in box for their reply . Or you can use that bottom link of mine in first reply to keep watch
