Did you get to the part where you enter your credit card info and pay for your selected plan ? If you didn't pay yet...nothing to worry about. When you get a new cellphone, download the PM app to continue the activation process.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have gone through the sign up, but the password would not work.&amp;nbsp; The PW was changed and still did not work.&amp;nbsp; Checked the IMEI number and found the phone is not compatible.&amp;nbsp; At this point I would like to halt the process and make sure I"m not charged.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; I plan to purchase a new phone, and will start the sign up process again.&amp;nbsp; (The telephone number has not been ported)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Your assistance is greatly appreciated.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Rose&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;@&lt;/P&gt;</description>
