it shouldn't. Try again using Incognito mode or try using the PM app

@dashell, are you accessing eversafe via browser? Try using incognito mode so that cached data does not affect the password update. If using the app, try clearing app cache first.

PM does remember your ID and password. No way PM will 'forget' any of those as they are your log in credentials.

Do NOT use browser's feature to remember your credentials. Always log in typing both items.

This is the first time I heard that the 2FA system changes password…it doesn’t.

I find sometime i accidentally put in the wrong password by 1 letter on system that doesn’t allow to review (eye icon) the password to check if it is correct.
