    <description>I think using the account number should be a must, I don't know why they even ask for IEMI, what good is that stupid number. Isn't the plan SIM specific and phone specific.</description>

I went through all the steps to sign-up and at the very end it encountered an error and to contact an admin.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My phone is still active on the Fido network.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I believe the issue is that I used my IEMI to port instead of using my Fido account number.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My CC has been billed and I got a welcome message. I can't seem to login to the self serve account though however.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I will be porting over 2 FIDO numbers soon (when my SIM cards come in).&amp;nbsp; I'm doing this for my parents.&amp;nbsp; I hope there will be no issues porting from FIDO.&amp;nbsp; I've had positive experience porting from Rogers already.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Good luck and hope Mary can resolve your issue.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
