      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I just got the public mobile network motörhead ago, but J am facing so many connection and service issues. I moved to other network and I paid for the whole month which I used just for 2 day, I want to request refund for remaining period. How can I do that ?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

So best to use the service till day or two before next renewal to avoid losing money . Have you tried reboot the phone or reset network settings ? Can you try the SIM card in another phone if physical sim to test .       <description>&lt;P&gt;With regards to refund other have given you suggestions - with regard to connection service it's obviously because your are in a weak PM reception area. In the past I did have major connection problems while I was with Rogers that forced me to switch to Bell that had a tower just a few KM from my home. In turn I have now switched to PM with great reception because Telus and Bell do share towers. I &amp;nbsp;read that Rogers also shares towers but no idea why I had the poor almost non existent connection problem with them.. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
