Can i use my public mobile in Mexico

We are visiting to mexico for about a week, would like to know if there any add-on that i can take so that my phone services work there too.

sorry, no roaming add-on for Mexico. If you need the service, you will have to go to Can-US-Mex roaming plan. And since you are there now, you will have to make Change now to change the plan immediately. But you might not get back your current plan later after you make a plan change now

sorry no. Canada-US plan only work in Canada and US. If you are in Mexico, you need Canada-US-Mexico roaming plan. And too bad, PM does not have single roaming addon for Mex at this time

I am currently in Mexico using the 3 country plan $35 ,all is well for data and calls, Public is using the ATT system here

for a short trip to Mx, consider using WhatsApp to talk/text other WhatsApp'ers for free using local wifi. If you buy one of the currently offered Can / US / Mx plans...you won't be able to downgrade to a cheaper plan once you return home.

Talk is fine ,data speeds vary depending…. recent check this morning was around 8 mbs , My phone is 4g capable only

I have not yet travelled rather will be travelling next month for 3 days so wanted to know the options for coverage.

There are roaming agreements with mulitple carriers, but the exact carrier used can differ based on the region.

I switched to the $35 Can-US-Mex plan for one month, and then I immediately chose a different $30 plan that will take effect on the renewal date (after I've returned from my trip). There's no guarantee that the cheaper plan you want will be available after you switch, but you can routinely change to less costly plans in my experience (multiple times now).

I'm confused. The Can-US-Mex plan means that I can send texts and make calls while IN Mexico.... but if you read the terms and conditions, it seems that may not be the case? It would be nice to talk to a real person to confirm this?!
