So we can only use the app to sign up instead of just the website eh? That's was my experience today.

The app text is small. It's easier to zoom in on a computer so it's sad that you can't seem to sign up on the website.

@ysabellevautour yes the app is required for sign up. However, some people like myself never use it. I had a friend download the app for me on their phone. Once it was successfully activated, they deleted the app, and I continued everything on the website from there.

You have to take extreme care if using esim not to activate on friends phone. You'd have to stop just prior to completing.

Others have indicated that they start the process on the website then once they pay at the payment site, they message Public Mobile to complete the rest for them without downloading the app.

But one you signed up it’s done and you will not have to worry about the small print. PS maybe it’s time for reading glasses?
