Chatr to public? Please help

My wife subscribe to public and im trying to port her number to PM but it wont accept the chatr account number because it had 17 digits but PM only accepting 9 digits or something only. Please help Asap

You can also port with the IMEI number of the device. You can try that as well instead of account number ?

hi @AddysonA I believe the account number has some extra zero in the front, drop the leading zeros

@AddysonA I know you already except solution , I just referred friend from chatr yesterday and his account was only 8-9 digits and we had to call chatr to get the account number as it’s not on the self serve site to get on your own . Sure you’re not confusing the account number with SIM card number ?

adding @AddysonA thou the IMEI can be used it’s best to use account number so to be safe with out any chance of hiccups I think you should call chatr get the account number and just use it
