I have intenational calls included in my plan, but it does not service. It happen some friends too.

@Claurealpe Only certain countries are included not the entire world. What plan do you have and where are you trying to call?

Hi @Claurealpe which country you tried to call and failed? what sequence did you put in to make the calls?

Maybe ask support agent to confirm

I paid for the $ 30 dolars plan, included monthly long distance minutes. I am calling to Spain and Colombia.

@Claurealpe Spain and Columbia are not included in the International long distance included with your plan. You can only call China, Hong Kong, India,Pakistan, Philippines, Taiwan, and the UK on your plan. You need to buy the Long Distance 300 minutes add on for $15 to call Spain and Columbia.

For Columbia and Spain you need international long distance add on

Countries included in international long distance include: Australia, Austria, Bangladesh, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Peru, Poland, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Romania, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Thailand, Venezuela. Calls must originate from Canada. Any unused minutes will roll over to your next cycle.
