      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I recently referred a friend to sign up it Public Mobile. &amp;nbsp;Unfortunately she forgot to enter my referral code during the activation steps. &amp;nbsp;She said she did not the option to enter the code.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is it too late to apply my referral code for her activation? &amp;nbsp;She activated her plan last night.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Jay&lt;/P&gt;</description>
