      <description>&lt;P&gt;New user on Public.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Esim did not activate for me. Purchased a second one and it also did not work. Data shows as SOS.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Purchased a physical sim. Still SOS.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have restarted phone XR, checked settings, tried reaching out to the chat agents, and still no service.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Checked Primary and secondary settings and no luck.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any one else having this issue and not get ANY help?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What is wrong with it?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
