However, since you no longer have access to the account, if you want to discuss payments and account details with an agent, you can click on the link below to contact Public Mobile directly. Once submitted, watch the envelope icon top right for their reply.

https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437

I got charged $20.60 after porting out.

For that charge, I don’t get any sms, email or any other notification, and since I am not unsubscribed, I can’t see any payment transaction of my account online.

I think there is a mistake on the charge and would like to get it refund.

There are no additional charges because Public Mobile is a prepaid service. There also aren't any refunds or credits if you port out mid cycle. If you were charged it was likely your auto pay subscription, but that also means your port did not go through and your line is still active.

Please provide more details. Was this the same amount as your usual charge every 30 days? Are you sure your Public Mobile isn't still active?

Also note that we are customers just like you. To get in touch with staff you need to use the chat bot and open a ticket.

Thanks for ur advice.

I found that using public mobile is very frustrated. Especially English is not my first language, it is very easy for me to miss read their statement and hard for me to communicate with the CS. Other companies have physical shop or agents for me to talk to them directly in my first language which makes life much easier.
