Hi all, I would like to subscribe to a plan for black Friday online, can I first subscribe online and then get the card in person immediately? or I go to the Telus store nearby to do the whole activation process?

@Kelvin_123 Yes you can subscribe to the plan you want in the website and go pick up SIM card from store . Then download the app to phone to activate the SIM card .or just pick up SIM card today and then download the app and activate it all one one step on the app . After you make payment you can pick new PM number or transfer number from old provider

adding Telus /koodo will sell you SIM card but won’t do the activation for you , you need to activate it yourself

To activate your plan you need a sim card or your phone support e-sim. If your phone doesn't support e-sim, you have to buy a sim card first.

Just to add to previous information, you will need to pay the full price of $10 when you go to a Telus or Koodo corporate store for pick up. Amazon does offer prime shipping for PM sim card for a discounted price. You can also order directly on PM website, but PM sends SIM card via Canada post, which is on strike.

PM is a DIY type of mobile company. No official live in person help with activation these days.

As mentioned, if your phone is relatively new, eSIM is another option.

Hi all, thanks for the comments. As my phone only support dual physical SIM cards, therefore I only have one choice. As I would like to activate my cards in 2 days, so I have to get the card in person for convenience. Btw, while I am looking into the payment details, there should be included for SIM cards ($5) + shipping fee ($0), do I still need to pay $10 when I get the card in-person?

@Kelvin_123 Yes you will still need to pay for the sim at store , but if you pick it up first and then download app and activate you just buy the one SIM card . Even though having spare SIM card is good idea in case you lose or damage yours . Or to give to family or friend to joint PM and use your refferal code
