A charge? Or a spike in data usage? Keep in mind the data log is only updated twice a day, so it might not have occured at the time it's showing.

Hello, I am wondering if this has happened to anyone and how to fix it. In Sept I upgraded from 1 gb to a 6 GB data plan as I needed a bit more and that was the best deal (cheaper than what I was currently paying) I make sure my apps are set to data save (download on wifi only)

On the 23rd I got a text saying I was at 75% and then 100% of my data for the month (it renews on the 11th) I checked my account and saw I had a charge at 12:47 am that day for FIVE GB....How is this possible? I was at home eating pizza on wifi.

I'd like to find out how to cancel this charge and make sure it doesn't happen again.
