    <description>&lt;P&gt;Seems ridiculous that you have to port out with Freedom(for example) and then port back in. I’ve opened up a ticket but haven’t heard back yet. &amp;nbsp;Will be making a CRTC complaint as well. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Cannot change Subscription to Black Friday Deal</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have access to all Black Friday deals except the $29&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;10 GB CAN/US/MEX plan I am currently on the&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;$34 CAN/US 50GB plan but use no more than 2GB on average. I assume I cannot downgrade since all options available to me are upgrades only. Do I need to port my number to another carrier and return as a new customer?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Rob&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

With PM now...it's a challenge to downgrade to more desirable plans.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The CRTC will refer the complaint to both CCTS and competition bureau. The Ministry gets information about complaints.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The whole purpose of the legislation is to see more competition in Canada, reduced pricing amongst the big three, and more transparency. &amp;nbsp;The big providers continue to play games and make it hard to get fair pricing. &amp;nbsp;It’s only with complaints to the government about what’s going on, that there’s some pressure on providers to be fair with consumers. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
