Hello @Joey21

When a Public Mobile account is closed, the SIM card itself becomes the world's smallest drink coaster. Which, in my opinion is such a waste of money and resources. Can you imagine... how many thousands of SIM cards are tossed each year in Canada alone? With that being said, you would have to purchase a new one OR if your phone can do eSIM, you can purchase an eSIM for $5 though the app. The good news though, the requirement of eSIM moving forward would be free. So check your phone and see if it can handle an eSIM.

E Sims are currently free with the black Friday deals. If your phone is compatible that's always an option.
