      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm trying to switch providers and am shopping around. I am trying to leave public but when I tried porting my number, i got a message that says "your current provider tells us you already have a port request open with another provider". can you please help me cancel my port request?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi dmrls28,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you did not reply to the port request text, it will automatically expire after 90 minutes. Subsequently, as mentioned you can reply No to the text to cancel.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hope this helps!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
