    <description>&lt;P&gt;My payment was due today it was scheduled to automatically come out of my debit card. I forgot to add funds as I don’t use that account much. &amp;nbsp;I received a text saying your plan did not renew but when i go to website or the app to make a payment it says you are subscribed and money will be automatically taken out. I do have enough funds in the account now but don’t want the service to be cancelled.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
