      <description>&lt;P&gt;hi &lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/495481"&gt;@kddonald82&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;if you closed the account yourself, that would be where the problem is.&amp;nbsp; Old account has to be left opened.&amp;nbsp; The porting process will close the account for you after all is completed&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if you really closed the account yourself before the number was ported and you need the number back, you will have to contact your old carrier and resume service.&amp;nbsp; Once that part is sorted out, you will have to call the PM porting team number I sent you and also them to resend the porting request over&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
