Why is that it’s showing that I have used 75% of my data when I recharged 3 days ago yet my data history doesn’t match?!

use Incognito mode to check again

and Data history page is around 12 to 24 hours delay compare with the date usage on the overview page. Date usage is pretty much live, data history only update shortly after midnight with entries of the total usage of the previous day

@CaraNedjie Might be cache issue , try with new web browser and use incognito mode / private mode or from a different device . Also check the PM app instead see if it’s more accurate if you been using the app clear app cache or uninstall the app and re install it and check again if it’s still wrong get support to investigate

submit ticket with support using the chat bubble bottom right of screen

If that doesn’t work you can always send direct private message to support .

please try to use Incognito/private/secret mode of your browser to login and check again

And how much the difference? remember data history only updated at least 12 hours later.

if still has discrepancy, Support agent and check and confirm.
