Currently, I don't see any $20 plan avaialble to new customers. As with all plans offered to existing customers, they are some targetted towards some customers but not made available to some others.

nah, I don't think it is a new activation plan at the moment

And for those existing customers who said why good plans always left for new activation, finally there is a good one for existing subscribers. But of course, not everyone will get this plan still

I would think that what is available during activation is what we see in the plan web page. That said, I wonder if having the $19/1GB plan would enable access to the $20/3GB plan. If so, a customer could activate on the cheapest plan and immediately select the better plan for the next renewal. Anyway, I am seeing competitive pressures elsewhere that make the $20/3GB plan look expensive. Hopefully that will translate to even better deals for both new and existing customers.

I just activated the $19 1gb plan. I was hoping to be offered the $20 3gb plan for renewal, but no such luck. Oh well. Maybe it'll show up later. I'll keep checking regularly and give it some time. Otherwise, I may port over to the $20 3 gb plan offered by Lucky Mobile. I have a Lucky SIM on standby.

There's no way for anyone to know which plans will be availble for existing customers. You can only hope and check yourself which are available.
