      <description>&lt;P&gt;Cell giving lot of issues.&amp;nbsp; Incoming and Outgoing calls unable to hear on a regular basis.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This has been an going issue.&amp;nbsp; Its frustrating.&amp;nbsp; Any help getting this fixed would be appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;As silly as it sounds double check that both the microphone and speaker are not obstructed. I had a mic and charging issue and it was simply packed with debris. It's a quick and easy first step. A hard reset on your device is a second quick option as well.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
