I paid for a subscription last month but haven’t used it because I didn’t have a SIM card I got one now and don’t want to double pay for a subscription but use the money I paid for for one from last month how do I do that?

@Char1617 Just download the PM phone app on your phone and activate the SIM card you have with the email you providing when you first signed up . That’s it follow the prompts easy peasy , if you run into any issues come back here and we can further advise

I did all that. I’m asking how do I use my subscription that I haven’t used from last month now? like I already paid for it and don’t want to double pay how can I used my pay from before? now

@Char1617 You should have to pay again , you already paid just activate the sim card , but if the app is treating you like you didn’t pay yet get support to help
