It will just keep renewing over and over again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;With regards to Mexico, I'll leave that up to someone else as I've never been to nor will I ever go to Mexico. But if you can get ATT or Tmobile, you should be fine.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
