      <description>&lt;P&gt;There are a ton of people that can help you get started if you are having difficulty. You can cancel your subscription in the app. As it's a pre paid service you will most likely not be eligible for a refund for your first month service. I hope this is helpful.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

No knowledge of their fancy options of their vehicle.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
