    <description>&lt;P&gt;Just signed up.Not receiving any texts, but emails and phone calls work. When I go to the app, it says I have to create my eversafe ID and it has texted me a one-time password. But I'm not receiving texts. The help information says I can choose the option of receiving an email, but I cannot find that option. I've tried to contact an agent but that doesn't seem to work either&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I had the same issue because I hadn't installed the new Public SIM yet and was doing the setup on my old SIM card, so everything was working through WiFi. This may seem obvious, but is your Public SIM card installed correctly?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It's android. You're right, i can make calls but don't receive them. Can't send or receive texts. I chose the e-sim option. Not sure if I have to do something about that&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

And remove or disable old providers sim and reset network settings see if that helps&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You were right. It was an issue with having 2 sims in my phone. The original was disabled before PM's started working. Thanks for your help&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
