Did you have a working credit card on file in your self service account?&amp;nbsp; Is pre=authorized payments turned on?&amp;nbsp; You should be able to load up funds manually equivalent to your plan cost and that should restart your plan.&amp;nbsp; Go to payment section.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If no credit card, you could purchase a payment voucher instore (ie. Shoppers) or online (muskbird.com - service fee applies) and load up either via self service account or by dialing 611 on your phone.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;you missed the payment last renewal too, how you got it fixed last time? Was that problem on PM Autopay or your credit card ?&amp;nbsp; You can get a voucher and load using *611 for quick renewal&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
