      <title>No texting ability with ported number</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My friend isn't able to text with her new public mobile account which she ported her bell number to.&amp;nbsp; She can make calls however. The port was only done a couple hours ago....could it be that it's not completely ported yet? Any help would be appreciated&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
