    <description>&lt;P&gt;Accidentally bought plan and made account with esim when my 20 can't support it. I bought a Public Mobile sim card today and put it in. When I go into the app and try to finish signing up it still says my phone is not esim compatible. What should I do?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

That is actually the one way that you will be able to contact Public Mobile.&amp;nbsp; Please log out, close your browser, and then re-open your browser in a private browsing/incognito mode window and try again.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
