hi @BarbK54 on IPhone, we usually put the main line as Primary

they have Personal, Business labels there for people with multiple sim/eSIM on the same phone

@BarbK54 If you have physical sim on one account and eSIM for second account one can be primary account and second one be business account . And have two separate rings tones for each phone number
