      <description>&lt;P&gt;Afternoon, looking for help on redownloading the esim. Looks like i paid 2x for it and i have waited past 5 hours and no data or voice. (supposed to be free) no idea why i got another esim &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I do not have a qr code to redownload the the esim, please help or i need to go back to my provider. &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":disappointed_face:"&gt;😞&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/495624"&gt;@JasonLeBarge&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;the esim probably is installed and just not configured properly&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;you might first make sure the old carrier sim is removed or disabled if it is an esim&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And Go to Settings-&amp;gt; Cellular or sim manager and make sure the Public Mobile esim is there and enabled (or Turn on this line option is enabled) and set as Primary.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you, i removed my Sim and still nothing. I think i will remove all esims and hope to scan a QR code some where again.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
