Yes and No

Yes to Quebec residents, 250MB data with 4G speed

No to the rest of the country, where $19 plan is the minimum plan they offer but with 1GB data

I still have one phone on the old 3g plan, will PM let me know if and when they plan to discontinue it?

You have a $15 3G plan now?

PM offering a new $15 plan with 4G speed, unlimited callings and 500 Mb data, and they even give a extra LD minutes for free. Change now

for the 3G, it won't be fully gone till at least 2027, but they are reframing the 850Mhz, meaning you will be getting worse and worse 3G connection before the full decommission of 3G
