      <title>Switched subscriptions and it doesn’t work</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I just recently (4-5 days ago) switched from the plan with 50Gb data, talk and call Canada wide. For 2$ more they have the same plan but for Canada and US wide. Now I’m in the US, and my data isn’t working. I got it as I knew I had a trip coming up, so I had cancelled and started the new subscription right when seeing it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried trouble shooting, turning phone on and off, airplane mode, etc. I’m out of options. What to do.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/379424"&gt;@Emleh&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;make sure your mobile data roaming is enabled on the phone&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;make sure you connected to T-Mobile, or AT&amp;amp;T or Verizon.&amp;nbsp; Try them all&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;also, change network mode to 4G or LTE instead of 5G , it will pick up the network easier&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
