      <title>SIM INVALID ATTEMPTING SETUP</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;When through initial phone setup, SIM was accepted. Submitted payment but could not be processed.&amp;nbsp; Called Visa - no issue with card. Suspect I made entry error. Unable to return to payment screen to correct entry&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Started from beginning again to setup and SIM indicated as invalid.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any suggestion?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/46898"&gt;@btpm&lt;/a&gt;, If the message about the SIM is something like ...reserved in another session..., then it will clear out on its own in an hour or two, and you will be able to restart your activation.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Did you check to make sure your CC was&amp;nbsp;not charged?&amp;nbsp; Any chance there is service on the phone with the Public Mobile SIM inserted?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regarding the credit card info, you MUST enter it exactly as shown on your statements.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If the error you are getting is not similar to what I mentioned, please update with more details.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
