      <description>&lt;P&gt;Though it's usually 'instant',&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/495128"&gt;@ClementChew&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;, some find that by rebooting their device or toggling airplane mode on/off, it gets things going.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Otherwise, it's usually good to go within 1/2 hour of your prior service becoming inactive.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
