I tried on my phone and 2 computers and get the same error.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We encountered an error processing your request.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This may be due to a system error, please go back to the previous page and try again. (Error Code: XXX)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can someone help me or advise?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;HI&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/495067"&gt;@FordMaple&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;are you trying to activate new account? you were using the app to subscribe?&amp;nbsp; If not yet, please download Public Mobile app and try there&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if you already using the app, try uninstall, reboot and reinstall the app.&amp;nbsp; Make sure the PM app is giving location permission.&amp;nbsp; Also, try using another email address to create another account and use that to subscribe&lt;/P&gt;</description>
