Does this plan CAN/US/MX 50Gig get throttled down to a slower speed ( but offer unlimited data) after the data has been exhausted

It's not an unlimited plan, no. Once you use your 50GB the data stops working.

as far as we understand, all roaming plans have no unlimited reduced speed. I think the roaming portion not allowed, like PM does not want to pay huge around of roaming charges for people keep using roaming data unlimited

Too bad it's not unlimited. But still great plan. I never come close to 50gb so for $1 more it's worth it for me to have Mexican roaming.
