There may be exceptions to the "general rule", but they are frustratingly rare for existing customers.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;PM customers should really think hard when they sign up for a plan. For a few dollars more, you can get a whack load of data (or US/Mexico usage) but then find that you never use them. But then you are stuck at the higher price and "generally" have no way to go back to a lower price plan.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;No It didnt..It only 2 other plans that werent black friday.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;thats why i did the support ticket.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;The agent said he could do the exemption for the plan change since I was less than 24 hours as a new customer.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
