Error when using promo code

Hi, I am a new subscriber and trying to sign up using the app. I saw a promo with 50% off with promo code of RTGTPSMC.

However, the app keeps saying promo code error when I try to enter it. Anyone know how to fix it? Should I sign up now and then ask CS agent to apply later?

@John183726 That’s because that a old promo code that no longer offered unfortunately

there is another promotion between Amazon and Public Mobile. It might be expired but the page still up, maybe you can try that as well

if not working, then you can simply get a friend referral code from friend and save $10
