Messages are not delivered to some phone numbers

Recently activated public mobile phone number.

I can send sms to some numbers (e.g. Koodo) but for some others I cannot.
I am getting "Not Delivered" notification.

hi @AlexSa are you using iiPhone or Android? those you can't sent, they use the same phones (iPhone/Android) ? Wonder if it is an iMessage or RCS or Sms problem

@AlexSa after setting up your account did you try rebooting your device? What about phone calls, are you able to call out and receive calls including the numbers you are trying to SMS?

Hi @AlexSa,

There is a possibility that the porting process didn't complete fully. Try restarting your device and see if that fixes the situation. If not, I would suggest calling the Porting team so that they could retrigger the porting process for you or further investigate the situation. The number will be sent to your community inbox so keep an eye on the little envelop icon for an incoming message. Unfortunately, we cannot post phone numbers in the main community page.

Outgoing text not working isn't a number porting thing. That works even if porting isn't complete.

Calls are working, I rebooted but no improvement.

this has been almost 2 months. Have you opened ticket with PM ?

and the problem still with sms text?

also, are you using iPhone or Android? If you are using Android, try to clear data on the messaging app and reboot the phone adn try sms again
