Hi, I'm currently using a physical SIM card and want to switch to an eSIM because I changed my phone. Could you please guide me through the process?

Please go into your Public Mobile self serve account. From the smartphone app, the option is in Account and Purchase SIM card. From the self serve website, it's in Profile and Shop SIM card. An eSIM will cost $5.
