      <title>Sim card can't be read</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;show,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Suddenly, my phone was not able to receive or make any phone call. I messaged the CS_agent and got a new sim card. But, now my phone shows no service and can't read the sim card. I tried other carrier sim card and it works!! If anyone know what's going onwith the public mobile sim card?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;have you go and update your sim card yet?&amp;nbsp; You need to do it yourself before the sim card is functional.&amp;nbsp; You can update it via the app the My Account&lt;/P&gt;</description>
