      <description>&lt;P&gt;Ordered sim card and started subscription a few days ago.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Received card yesterday, put the sim in. Can't make calls. Gives the subject line when I try.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
